What you’re applying for

Our team is dedicated to transforming Lemonade into the most autonomous organization in the world. Lemonade has been at the forefront of automation and is considered a world-class organization when it comes to automation, efficiency, and the use of GenAI and ML.

This is a special ops-style position where you'll architect the most innovative tools using cutting-edge GenAI technology. You'll work directly alongside one of Lemonade's founders, turning experimental ideas into reality and pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

We're looking for a passionate 10x fullstack engineer, with deep experience doing backend and frontend using agentic coding. In this role, you'll tackle complex challenges—working independently or in small, focused teams with minimal overhead and maximum impact.

Requirements

5+ years of backend development experience

Expertise in Python, TypeScript, and Node.js

Know your way around DBs- Relational, NoSQL, Memory and Vector (RAG)

Proven experience with high-scale, production systems

Hands-on experience with Bots, AI, and LLMs

Background in SaaS environments - advantage

Self-motivated with a genuine passion for building exceptional software
