Job Description: Examining reporting requirements for authorities. Execution of products returns includes: working with the PRIORITY system, filling and documentation of internal forms, communication as needed with global and Israel sales departments, R&D, QE etc. Handling and investigating customer complaints Handling field actions/possible field actions Be aware if any problems with the company’s products can be found through customer complaints that leads to issue corrective and preventive actions and/or activities that lead to field safety notifications or recalls and update PMS manager. Track and monitor KPI's for the team. Responsibility on opening ECO as needed and updating procedures. Job Requirements: Critical Knowledge and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree- advantage QA experience- advantage Critical Skills/technical know-how: Solves a range of straightforward problems. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. Receives a moderate level of guidance and directions. Builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers. Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities. Critical Experience: Office control – ability to send and receive emails, setting and receiving meetings in Outlook, building and filling Excel tables, writing and working in Word. Access to computers English- high level in both writing and reading.
