Your Impact:

Design and implement digital-first strategic roadmaps, marketing initiatives, and cross-functional action plans that deliver measurable results across key digital channels
Analyze and identify emerging digital trends, evolving consumer behaviors, and competitive shifts to uncover growth opportunities and tackle future challenges
Lead collaboration with creative, paid and owned media teams to transform strategic insights into high-impact digital campaigns and initiatives
Simplify complex digital concepts by breaking them down into clear, actionable ideas that create tangible value for the client
Work closely with senior stakeholders to develop digital-centric strategies and implement growth-focused solutions that maximize business impact

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in strategy \ digital planning \ consulting with a proven ability to deliver impactful digital strategies
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to turn data into actionable digital solutions
Business-driven mindset with the ability to align digital marketing efforts with broader business objectives and KPIs
Proven expertise in identifying digital opportunities and translating consumer insights into creative, high-performing digital marketing strategies
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with an ability to present data and strategies effectively using digital-friendly formats
Deep understanding of digital platforms and ecosystems (social, programmatic, search, e-commerce) - a strong advantage
Fluent in English and Hebrew – verbal and written
