Job summary

As a Chief Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization and driving the optimization of cloud computing consumption for DevOps and R&D teams.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the architectural design and development of our cloud computing solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to define and implement the technical roadmap and strategic direction.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on our products and services.
• Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles across the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within defined timelines and budgets.

Job requirements
Extensive experience as a Software Architect, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex solutions on Kubernetes.
At least 10 years of experience in software development
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Deep understanding of data management, migration, and security in a multi-cloud environment.
Understanding of AWS, GCP and Azure technologies.
Familiarity with CI/CD, AI, and production use cases and their requirements in terms of data management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, stakeholders, and the Kubernetes community.
Strong leadership and management abilities, with experience in leading and coordinating teams across different geographies.
Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of initiatives.
