About the Role:

Join our dynamic Marcom team as a Project Manager. We’re looking for an ambitious, dedicated, and well-organized individual who can manage various key responsibilities. This is a replacement for a maternity leave position with the potential for growth within our innovative and global company.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple projects concurrently from the initial briefing stage to delivery.
Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
Provide marketing support to local offices in 14 countries, covering online advertising, digital content, design, prints, and brochures.
Plan and manage international company conferences, ensuring seamless execution.
Manage Gantt charts to track project timelines and milestones.
Oversee the department's traffic flow to ensure efficient task management with the marketing team, including content writers, editors, and designers (both in-house and outsourced).

Requirements:

2 years of experience in project management or marketing operations with an understanding of project management methodologies, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven experience in managing and monitoring yearly budgets.
Strong ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively.
Experience with Monday - mandatory.
Proactive problem-solving approach, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing innovative solutions.
Excellent English both in written and verbal communication.
Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Nice to Have:

Experience in a Traffic-Project manager or supervisor role within advertising agencies.
Experience in trading or financial companies.
