Business Marketing Manager, Israel - STE 12-Month Contract

Meta is seeking an experienced Business Marketing Manager to join its Business Marketing team in Israel or a 12-month STE contract, based in our Tel Aviv offices.The Business Marketing team is the engine that grows Meta’s business at scale in our main EMEA markets. We are passionate about helping startups, brands, partners and other industry stakeholders understand the ways in which Meta can help them achieve their objectives and growth, and are constantly looking for new ways to inspire and educate the industry in fun, informative and personal ways. We are looking for an experienced B2B marketer to join our Business Marketing team in Israel, reporting to the Country Marketing Manager, to help us build and deliver amazing B2B marketing initiatives covering all Meta’s solutions for Business.Our teams work closely with Israeli B2C tech companies, in a variety of industries, who use Meta’s platforms as a key part of their growth and marketing strategy. This position will be responsible for executing our business marketing strategy in Israel, developing outstanding marketing executions using multiple marketing channels, targeting a wide range of audience: startups, disruptors, VCs, advertisers, key industry organizations and influencers. Some examples include executing integrated business marketing initiatives, producing strategic narratives and written thought leadership content, hosting in-person events and running programs, training and campaigns. While this position is focused on the Israeli market, it will also require the ability to scale initiatives across Southern Europe (France, Italy, Iberia, Israel) and beyond.

Business Marketing Manager, Israel - STE 12-Month Contract Responsibilities:

Work closely with the business teams to deliver best-in-class marketing activity to the Israeli startup ecosystem including events, campaigns, programs, training and content.
Contribute to our strategic priorities and deliver multi-regional integrated marketing programs with a vertical focus.
Directly manage content marketing initiatives such as written narratives, articles, video and audio series, newsletters, etc.
Liaise and partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure top-notch delivery.
Project manage and drive marketing initiatives.
Hypothesize, test, measure, optimize, and scale Meta’s marketing initiatives.
Constantly challenge the status-quo, innovating and elevating impact.

Minimum Qualifications:

8+ years of experience with B2B marketing.
Experience in the Israeli tech industry and the startup ecosystem.
Proven experience driving business results through marketing.
Natural storytelling capabilities and outstanding communication skills, experience to communicate complex, large-scale concepts clearly and simply.
Creative experience to bring fresh ideas into everything we do.
Experience juggling multiple initiatives and priorities at once and staying on top of your tasks.
Experience with ambiguity, viewed as an opportunity, and the experience to work closely with various international, cross-functional teams.
Experience in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Experience handling different internal and external stakeholders in an agile framework.
Fluency in both Hebrew and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

BA/BS degree.
Experience with content marketing for B2B/B2C would be a significant plus.
Fluency in French, Spanish or Italian.
