What is the job:

We are looking for a Director of Customer Marketing to lead Radware’s global strategy for customer engagement, advocacy, and growth. This leader will develop programs that strengthen customer relationships, drive expansion opportunities, and elevate customer voices across Radware’s marketing and sales ecosystem. This position is part of the Global Field Marketing team, reporting to the VP of Global Field Marketing.

What will you do?

Own the Customer Marketing Strategy
Define and execute Radware’s global customer marketing strategy across engagement, adoption, expansion, and advocacy.

Turn Customers into Growth
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to develop programs that support upsell, cross-sell, and customer-driven pipeline.

Build Advocacy & Community
Scale Radware’s customer advocacy engine through references, case studies, executive engagement, speaking opportunities, and Radware Linkers, our customer community.

Lead Customer Communications
Develop lifecycle communications and engagement programs that strengthen product adoption and long-term customer loyalty.

What you need:

10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including customer or lifecycle marketing
Experience building customer advocacy and reference programs
Strong partnership with Sales and Customer Success organizations
Experience in enterprise technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS environments
Ability to translate strategy into scalable global programs
Strong communication and stakeholder leadership skills
