We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services Team in Jerusalem. This is an amazing opportunity to take part in implementation projects of various Ex Libris products for our customers in academic and public libraries around the world. The team consists of 3 people, reporting to the implementation team leader. We have a great skill set in parallel product implementation, data analysis, customer communication, and issue solving. We would love to speak with you if you have both technical skills and a customer-facing approach.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

BSc in Library science, Information technology, or other relevant degrees.

1 year of experience in a customer-facing role in a global enterprise, such as Implementation consultant/ Professional Services / Customer Success / Configuration engineer.

Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills in English (international customer-facing experience a must).

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; work well under pressure with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Ability to identify customer needs and find solutions and workarounds in the product to address them.

Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel.

Team player with the ability to self-manage and self-learn.

Availability and flexibility to work during US hours (e.g. evenings).

What will you be doing in this role?

Take part in implementation projects to ensure that the customer will be able to get the greatest value from the product post-launch.

Configuring the system according to the customer's needs and ensuring that the environment is customized and delivered as planned.

Training the customer, both online and on customer sites.

Taking part in new features' implementations and developing a methodology for global rollout.

Projects you will be implementing

Small-medium size local and international implementation projects of various Ex Libris products for academic and public libraries: Alma, Primo, Leganto, and more.

About the Team

HQ Implementation group is a part of the Ex Libris Global Professional Services team. The team works in close collaboration with all regional professional services teams, as well as with internal stakeholders, such as product management, development, cloud, and support.

Our base is in the Jerusalem, Israel office, working in a hybrid model

This is a full-time position.
