Monetization Product Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Monetization Product Manager to own and optimize monetization in our flagship title, Merge Gardens. Your work will play a critical role in driving growth and innovation, ensuring Merge Gardens continues to engage millions of players worldwide.

You will be responsible for designing and executing monetization strategies. While optimizing offers will be part of your role, the focus extends to developing creative strategies that drive sustainable growth and foster player engagement.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to craft dynamic monetization strategies that enhance the player experience and align with broader game objectives.

Futureplay’s studio is based in Helsinki, but we are working globally - and flexibly. We are a part of an international network with Plarium, adding up to our pool of talented people around the world. We focus on creating beautifully designed, easy-to-pick-up-and-play mobile games, and our portfolio includes successful games like Merge Gardens, Idle Farming Empire & Battlelands Royale.

Responsibilities

Oversee the design and execution of regular rotating, triggered, and recurring event garden offers.

Optimize existing offers to maximize impact on KPIs, with a focus on ARPU and revenue growth.

Collaborate with the art, design, and programming teams to create offer visuals and explore potential new offer types.

Contribute to the development of new monetization features while balancing immediate optimization needs.

Run extensive AB tests to evaluate and refine monetization strategies.

Provide insights and suggestions to enhance the in-house tool used for managing liveOps, ensuring it supports AB testing and other liveOps needs effectively.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in game monetization and mobile gaming.

What we expect

2+ years experience in live operations, product management, or related field, with a track record of driving business growth

A quantitative degree in sciences, marketing, economics or a related field

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Fully proficient with spreadsheets, liveops tools & BI systems

A strong ability to self-manage and prioritize workload to deliver business growth while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

A passion for games with a strong understanding of the mobile games ecosystem and development practices.
