Program Manager, Programming & Tech & Data Verticalt Manager

Fiverr is looking for a Program Manager, Programming & Tech & Data Vertical, to lead strategic talent development and supply management initiatives within our Seller Management team. This hybrid role combines deep ownership of vertical-specific talent performance with project management capabilities to scale our supply strategy.

You’ll play a critical role in nurturing Fiverr’s top talent pool, ensuring we identify, retain, and grow top-tier freelancers, while building systems and tools that align supply with Fiverr’s evolving demand. If you love working across data, product, and people, this role is for you.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in tech, consulting, business operations, or marketplace roles
Highly analytical; able to extract insights and develop strategic plans from large data sets
Proficient in SQL and familiar with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
Strategic thinker with excellent execution and project management skills
Polished written and verbal communication skills (English required; Hebrew is a plus)
Collaborative and proactive, with a high level of ownership

Nice to Have:

Experience working with creative or freelance talent
Background in talent development or performance management
Strong domain knowledge in Graphics and Design-related fields

What am I going to do?:

Talent Management & Vertical Expertise:

Own the health, performance, and engagement of top sellers within your vertical.
Lead active and reactive retention efforts; identify and mitigate churn risks.
Track and report talent performance across business units.
Promote high-touch seller-buyer matching channels.
Develop deep knowledge of your vertical’s star talents, including their gigs, style, and success factors.
Conduct interviews, roundtables, and sentiment tracking to elevate the voice of top sellers.
Partner with vetting teams to assess Pro candidates and spot-check application decisions.
Deliver monthly and quarterly vertical performance reports with KPIs, churn risks, success/failure cases, and growth opportunities.

Strategic Project Management & Supply Analytics

Build and implement supply management capabilities to identify and resolve gaps in Fiverr’s talent offering within your vertical.
Use SQL and BI tools to extract, analyze, and visualize data across pricing, languages, categories, and experience levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Verticals, Evaluation) to design and build scalable talent management solutions.
Drive end-to-end initiatives from ideation to execution, guided by structured problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
