Payroll Controller

DescriptionThe company is seeking a Payroll Controller to oversee its end-to-end payroll process. If you are a certifiedpayroll professional with a deep understanding of Israel's payroll regulatory framework and itspractical applications, we want you on our team!In this role you will apply your experience, strong technical and organizational skills to seamlesslymanage the payroll process and related transactions and to prepare and analyze reports.A day in the life:Prepare and support the monthly payroll process, including salary calculations and deductions (for both global and hourly employees) Prepare monthly attendance report using the attendance system, which you will overseeCollect and update data using the payroll system, including time logs of employees for the company employees globally (IL / Europe).Work out social funds, tax and pension insurance deductionsManage payroll activities and notices related to onboarding and off-boarding of employeesPrepare and review the monthly payroll output, reconcile and prepare analytical reportAct as a focal point for employees’ payroll inquiriesAct professionally and maintain confidentialityRequirementsYou bring to the table:Certified Payroll Controller in IsraelAt least 5 years of payroll controllership experience in high-tech companiesDeep knowledge of ExcelFamiliar with Hashavim (by Hilan)Experience in managing payroll and attendance processes in a high-growth global organizationDeep knowledge of personal income tax legislation, labor code and social benefitsAbility to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines and work collaboratively to deliver timely and high- quality work productTimesheet tracking and analysis; including follow-ups with employees and managers to ensure timely entry and approvalProficient in English at a high level (both spoken and written)Ability to work and solve problems independently; and to use experience and critical thinking to identify issues that require escalationTeam player with good communication and interpersonal skills, service orientedNice to have: Proficient with ERP (NetSuite)
