This same vision defines us as an employer: creating a work environment where everyone is welcome, and anyone has the right to succeed.Job DescriptionDesign, work on and manage various design projects and templates that reach millions of users every dayConduct a full design cycle from collecting inspiration to creating the visual story, UI, and full website flowCreate beautiful, modern design assets while always staying true to user needs and our product guidelinesDevelop innovative branding concepts and visual languagesConduct in-depth visual and product researchCollaborate with different teams across Wix, including product, content experts, marketing and QA, bridging the gaps between technical issues, accessibility and product limitations, to deliver the best design solutions for our templatesEnsure the templates we create are not only well-designed, but also top-notch digital products with great performance, interactions, and behaviorsTake ownership of each project from the first drop of ink to the final pixelQualificationsA design lead with 5+ years experience in a professional design environmentExcellent design skills and experience, strong project management, and a great mentor that sets an example for other designersHigh-quality branding and visual language creating skillsProficiency in Figma, Midjourney, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite applicationsStrong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive designA fast learner, who’s self-motivated, highly independent, detail-oriented and able to find new solutions in technical and creative environmentsAble to balance and prioritize multiple tasks at any given timeFlexible, cross-functional, and you feel at home working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProficient in written and spoken English with excellent communication skillsMotion and After Effects experience — an advantageAdditional InformationWe are Wix’s Design Guild.
