We are looking for a passionate and motivated student to join our FP&A team as a Junior FP&A Specialist.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis within a leading global gaming company. You'll work closely with cross-functional finance teams, contributing to real business decisions and learning how financial strategy drives company growth.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the studio's FP&A team with day-to-day responsibilities, including reporting, analysis, and budget tracking.
Analyzing monthly Actual vs. Budget reports and helping extract actionable insights
Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial forecasts
Collaborate with FP&A team members to support budget owners across the organization.
Helping with various day-to-day financial tasks and ad-hoc analyses
Supporting the annual budget planning process
Assisting in monitoring new purchase orders and budget requests
Working closely with teams in Israel and abroad, including accounting and bookkeeping.
Participating in the month-end close process
Requirements:

Third-year student in Economics or Business Administration, with honors.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Fluent in English (both written and verbal, , including the ability to confidently hold face-to-face conversations with native speakers)
Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn
Ability to work independently, detail-oriented and manage time effectively
Availability for part-time work with flexible hours
