We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects involving our Data, AI, Application, Development, and DevOps teams. This role is essential for driving a horizontal, squad-based organizational structure, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments by breaking down traditional silos. You will structure and align squad teams around dedicated customer projects, foster cross-team synergy, and ensure smooth execution from planning to delivery.

In addition, you will serve as a key interface between internal development teams and program teams, ensuring that business and product development requirements are properly gathered, analyzed, and translated into actionable tasks for the technical teams.

Responsibilities:

Lead and organize squad teams consisting of Data, AI, Application, Development, and DevOps experts to drive cross-functional project execution.
Implement and manage a horizontal squad structure, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments rather than siloed workflows.
Define squad responsibilities, align team members with project goals, and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency.
Act as a bridge between internal development teams and program teams, ensuring clear and structured communication of requirements.
Work closely with program managers, product teams, and Solution Architects to collect and define development requirements.
Ensure technical teams (Data, AI, Application, Development, and DevOps) properly analyze and break down requirements into executable tasks.
Facilitate communication and synchronization between squads, ensuring all teams work toward shared objectives.
Monitor project progress, present project gantt ,proactively identify risks, and resolve dependencies between squads.
Generate squad performance reports, manage risks, and drive process improvements.
About The Position

You'll be a great fit if you have...

3-5 years of experience managing technical projects.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional squad teams, driving alignment and execution.
Experience working in a multi-team environment across Data, AI, Application, Development, and DevOps departments.
Strong understanding of horizontal organizational structures and experience in breaking down silos between teams.
Experience in gathering and analyzing technical requirements from program and product teams.
Familiarity with Machine Learning, AI-driven applications, and API integrations – a significant advantage.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and working within cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew, with the ability to influence and drive collaboration.
Experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Monday, or similar
