QA Engineer (Israel)

We are connected to over 1000 financial institutions worldwide, allowing us to centralize a range of global and local payment methods on one payment page.

Main Roles and Responsibilities, main tasks required:

Test Planning and Design: Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. This involves understanding the software or product requirements and designing tests to ensure all aspects are covered.

Test Execution and Reporting: Conducting manual and automated tests to ensure the software created by developers fits its purpose. This involves assessing code changes, identifying bugs, and reporting them effectively.

Create Automated tests for regressions testing

Quality Improvement: Collaborating with the software development team to improve the overall quality of the product. This includes suggesting improvements in software to enhance user experience and reduce the number of defects.

Documentation and Compliance: Maintaining clear documentation of the testing process, which can include logging defects, creating test reports, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production, approving production releases only if they were well tested.

Collect, review and handle bug reports regarding the internal product from internal teams

Required qualifications: Knowledge, skills, and values:

At least 2 years of manual QA experience- a must

At least 1 year of automation QA experience- a must

Solid understanding of QA fundamentals (test design, test cases, bug reporting, QA processes)

Experience with API testing (e.g. Postman)

Working knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript

Experience with Cypress for end-to-end testing

Experience using Git

Familiarity with Cucumber (BDD, Gherkin)

Experience with Docker (test environments, containers)

Passion for troubleshooting and constant self-learning.

Ability to quickly learn new features and adapt to innovations

Sharp attention to detail

Fluent in spoken and written English

Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
