החברה מציעה ציוד וטכנולוגיות בתחום האנרגיה הקונבנציונלית והמתחדשת, ובין היתר תומכת בלקוחות בתכנון והקמת תחנות כח לייצור חשמל.
לסימנס אנרגיה טכנולוגיות חדשניות, והיא מציעה ללקוחותיה פתרונות דיגיטליים העונים על האתגרים בייצור חשמל בשוק משתנה וכניסה של אנרגיות מתחדשות לרשת.
בעשור האחרון הקימה החברה בארץ 4 תחנות כח בטכנולוגית מחזור משולב, להפחתת הזיהום הסביבתי והגברת הניצולת, כמו כן היא מקיימת פעולות תחזוקה ותפעול עבור הציוד שלה אצל הלקוחות השונים.
לחברה בארץ זרוע בתחום החדשנות אשר מחברת בין פתרונות חדשניים של חברות סטארט-אפ, ללקוחות וליחידת הפיתוח בגרמניה.

מנהל/ת פרויקט לתחום האנרגיה
מנהל/ת הפרויקט מוביל/ה פרויקטים בתחנות הכוח ברחבי הארץ, לרבות שיפוצים, שדרוגים והתנעות. ה PM אחראי להוביל את התכנון, התיאום בין הממשקים, איכות הביצוע, זאת תוך כדי עמידה בזמנים ובתקציב המוגדר מראש. התפקיד כולל נוכחות באתר ברחבי הארץ בהתאם למיקום הפרויקט וכן עבודה משרדית. לעיתים ניתן לשלב עבודה מהבית.
תחומי האחריות של מנהל הפרויקט
• קשר ישיר עם הלקוח לרבות מעורבות במו"מ, ידע והבנה מלאה של ההסכם.
• בניית מערכת יחסים טובה עם הלקוח, לשמירה על קשר טוב לתקופת הפרויקט וכן לעתיד הרחוק, שמירה על תקשורת טובה, אמינה, העברת מסרים בצורה מכבדת
• היכרות מעמיקה של תכנון הפרויקט לכל שלביו, שמירה על לו"ז אבני הדרך של הפרויקט,
• זיהוי אירועי- שדרוג שאינם בהסכם שנחתם ובהתאם, עדכון המנהל המסחרי
• שמירה על תקציב הפרויקט, הרמת דגלים אדומים בזמן ובעת חריגה תוך כדי ניסיון לשיפור הביצועים הכספיים של הפרויקט.
• נושא בטיחות בעבודה הינו בעדיפות הראשונה ויש לחתור לשימור ושיפור מתמיד בתחום.
• הובלה וניהול קבלנים משנה, לרבות גיוס, פיקוח ותיאום צוותי תמיכה.
• מעקב וניהול הלוגיסטיקה של חלקים, כלי עבודה, הגעת מומחים בינלאומיים לתמיכה בפרויקט. בסיום הפרויקט, אחריות להחזרת הציוד ליעדו ובזמן.
• הכנה והצגת דוחות סטטוס לפרויקט הכוללים לו"ז, תקציב וחריגים.
• עבודה בשיתוף פעולה הדוק עם ממשקים בתוך החברה, המנהל המסחרי וצוותים גלובליים.
• אחריות להחזרת יחידות ייצור החשמל לפעולה בצורה בטוחה, בזמן וללא תקלות.
לתפקיד זה אנו מבקשים
o תואר ראשון בהנדסת מכונות/ חשמל/ תעשיה וניהול או תחום רלוונטי אחר- ההשכלה הינה חובה
o ניסיון בן 4 שנים לפחות בניהול פרויקטים מורכבים באתרים - חובה
o שליטה באנגלית ברמה גבוהה, לרבות קריאה, כתיבה ודיבור
o יכולת ניהול מספר משימות במקביל, עבודה תחת לחץ, סדר, ארגון
o יחסי אנוש טובים, יכולת להרגיע, מתן פתרון בעיות בזמן אמת
o כנות, אמינות, עבודה לפי כללי הקומפליינס
o שליטה מלאה ב-MS Office
o נכונות לנסיעות עבודה לחו”ל

This position is a full-scope Project Management role in the energy sector, leading projects in power plants, including overhauls, upgrades, and execution activities. Siemens Energy has installed a large fleet of combined cycle and cogeneration power plants based on gas turbines, steam turbines and generators in Israel, ranging from 10 to 1000MW per plant. Due to it’s high efficiency, low emissions and high flexibility, this technology is key in succeeding the energy transition, by ensuring security of electricity supply alongside the growing renewable power generation and battery storage.

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects at high quality standards, on time and within budget, while ensuring contractual compliance and maintaining strong customer relationships. We thrive to make our customers successful in their business, by ensuring a benchmark reliability of our machines and implementing improvements to keep our fleet at the highest performance level considering the specific market requirements. The project management role combines office work, on-site presence across Israel, and hybrid work from home.

How You’ll Make an Impact
• Act as the primary customer interface, managing contracts, project execution, and long-term service agreements to the highest satisfaction of our customers
• Plan, schedule, and manage projects such as overhauls, upgrades, and other site activities achieving a benchmark reliability&availability of our fleet and improve the financial performance of the projects
• Manage Changes and Findings in the outages in an efficient way, achieving a win-win both for our customers and for Siemens Energy
• At Siemens Energy we believe that ZERO HARM is possible, in your role as PM you will keep EHS as our first priority and improve our safety performance from year to year
• Lead subcontractor management, including recruitment, supervision, and coordination of supporting teams.
• Manage logistics for parts, tools, equipment, and international experts, ensuring timely delivery and return.
• Build and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and contractual obligations are met.
• Prepare and present monthly project status and financial reports.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, commercial managers, and global teams.
• Ensure that power generation units are restored to operation safely, on time, and without failures.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering. Relevant energy industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on site experience: supervising contractors, managing field execution, and coordinating with international experts.
• Excellent organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills, including high proficiency in English - capable of leading meetings and reporting to global management.
• Strong Customer Orientation
• Well developed interpersonal and intercultural skills
• Proven negotiation and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working under pressure.
• Strong command of MS Office, including Excel.Willingness to travel abroad occasionally (up to once per quarter).
