QA Team Leader

Position Overview

We are seeking an excellent QA Team Leader to oversee our manual testing team and ensure the quality and reliability of our innovative FinTech solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong QA leadership skills with an understanding of basic accounting principles to validate our platform's diverse functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a manual QA team testing complex financial software features including OCR, tax reporting, and invoice processing systems

- Develop comprehensive test strategies for our SaaS platform, with particular attention to accounting automation features

- Work closely with product managers to understand the unique needs of accounting firms and ensure our solutions meet professional standards

- Manage test execution across multiple modules including expense management, tax payment systems, and automated invoice processing

- Establish quality metrics specific to financial software testing, with focus on accuracy and compliance

- Drive process improvements in testing methodologies for FinTech applications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of software QA experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role

- Strong understanding of financial software testing methodologies

- Experience with SaaS platform testing

-Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes- A significant advantage

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English

- Experience with test management tools and bug-tracking systems

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience testing OCR and document processing systems

- Knowledge of Israeli accounting practices

- Familiarity with B2B software testing

- Experience in FinTech or accounting software testing

- ISTQB certification or equivalent

- Experience with agile development methodologies
