What you'll be spending your time on:

Design Strategy & Vision

Define and drive a holistic design strategy aligned with Payoneer's business objectives.
Lead innovation in fintech design, setting new standards for digital payment experiences.
Champion customer-first thinking and data-driven design across the organization.
Elevate design as a core pillar of Payoneer's success.

Design Leadership & Execution

Oversee end-to-end user experience across Payoneer's product ecosystem.
Develop UX guidelines for consistency and efficiency.
Spearhead accessibility and inclusive design for a diverse, global audience.
Drive excellence in UX/UI, prototyping, user testing, and implementation.

Team Development

Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, multidisciplinary design team.
Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous growth.
Scale design capabilities while ensuring exceptional quality standards.
Establish clear frameworks for creative direction and meaningful design critique.

Cross-Functional Impact

Collaborate with Product, R&D, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams to create seamless solutions.
Leverage user research and data insights to inform and validate design decisions.
Advocate for user experience at the executive level.
Drive design thinking across the organization.

Have you done this kind of stuff?

15+ years of experience in Product Design, UX, or CX.
5+ years leading and scaling high-performing design teams.
Deep expertise in design systems, UX principles, and service design.
Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and strategic thinking.
Experience in B2B or fintech is preferred.

Not a must but a great advantage:

Demonstrated track record in successfully navigating rapid, iterative design and development processes, ensuring adaptability and responsiveness.
Extensive experience tackling large-scale, complex, and ambiguous projects across multifunctional teams, showcasing an ability to thrive in challenging environments.
Skill in illustrating how technical constraints and opportunities play a pivotal role in shaping design solutions, ensuring a harmonious balance between creativity and feasibility.
Track record of effectively managing managers, showcasing leadership capabilities in guiding and developing teams of design professionals.
