Finance Business Partner – Operations Division

As SolarEdge continues to scale, we are seeking a senior finance leader to partner with the Operations Division and provide comprehensive financial leadership and oversight.

What will you be doing:

Serve as the key finance lead for the Operations Division, managing end-to-end financial planning and control processes.
Own and oversee the full budget cycle, including budget planning, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
Act as a strategic advisor to operations leaders by providing financial insights, performance analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
Lead the implementation of financial processes, tools, and controls to support business scalability and efficiency.
Identify and drive opportunities for cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and financial discipline within operations.
Lead cross-functional financial initiatives in collaboration with finance, operations, and corporate teams.
Develop and maintain business models, KPIs, and reporting dashboards to monitor operational and financial performance.
Ensure alignment between financial outcomes and the strategic goals of the Operations unit.
Leverage systems and data tools to improve visibility and automation of financial information.

Requirements:

BA degree in Economics, Finance, or Business – a must; MBA or other advanced degree – an advantage.
At least 5 years of experience in finance roles with a focus on business partnering, budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance.
Strong background in working closely with senior leadership, ideally in a global or tech/manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with budgeting and cost control processes in complex organizational structures.
Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills – a must.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Experience in working with ERP and BI systems – advantage.
High level of written and spoken English.
Strong interpersonal skills, proactive approach, and ability to lead without formal authority.
At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or operations finance. Ideally, for hardware products companies with global manufacturing and supply chain footprint.
Previous experience supporting C-level executives or serving in business partner roles
