As a Pre-Sale Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our organization by providing technical expertise to develop the relationship with customers at pre-sale stages . Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in sales process, understand their unique requirements, and design systems architectures and solutions that align with their business objectives. You will collaborate closely with our customer success and engineering teams to ensure the successful analysis of customer requirements and matching the right solutions with the suitable commercial framework. Must Have Requirements: Professional-level proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience in IT systems architecture design, with a deep understanding of infrastructure components, networking, and cloud technologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing customer needs. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Strong Sales and Pre-Sale process capability.
