Job Description

As a Wellbeing Operations Manager at Wix, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing our employee experience. Our people are the heart and driving force of everything we do, so we take the time to listen, explore and analyze, while leaving room for intuition. We do wellbeing the Wix way – always focusing on employees’ needs, keeping experiences personalized and staying connected to our business goals.

Lead and manage complex, high-priority wellbeing projects in Israel and at our sites around the world

Optimize wellbeing processes related to the employee lifecycle and journey

Manage the team’s gameplan, including the budget, building long-term plans and more

Coordinate cross-functional efforts by collaborating with various teams within Wix to achieve our goals and support their initiatives

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in roles related to operations, programs, project management or people management

Ability to lead complex projects and work effectively with multiple stakeholders

People-person, passionate about wellbeing and employee-first thinking

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to senior management

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever-changing environment

Experience working in a global environment, with various languages, cultures and time zones
