Business Data Analysts Team Leader

As a Business Data Analyst Team Leader, you’ll lead a team of analysts in constructing our next-gen data infrastructure, playing a crucial role in company decisions. You’ll collaborate with Elementor management and business departments, including business development, marketing, and finance. You'll discover key insights from a range of data sources, shedding light on Revenue trends and opportunities, user behavior and segments, feature adoption, operational efficiency, and other metrics and trends.

In this role, your mission will be to gain a profound understanding of the business, transforming raw data into actionable intelligence that guides our data-driven decision-making at every step. You'll simultaneously build and mentor our business analytics team, supporting their growth and skill development.

Requirements:

Leadership:

2+ years of managerial experience leading data analytics teams
Proven business analytical expertise in the online B2C industry
Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting analysis results clearly and effectively

Tech Requirements:

4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst/ Business Analyst / Revenue Analyst in a SaaS company
High proficiency level of SQL - a MUST
Experience building dashboards and visualizations with at least one of the following tools: Looker, Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience
AI-savvy: comfortable working with AI tools and staying ahead of emerging trends

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts—ensuring professional growth, quality deliverables, and a culture of curiosity.
Define and execute analytics strategies to support Elementor's strategy, drive product adoption, customer retention, and overall business performance.
Collaborate closely with cross-departmental stakeholders to uncover trends and identify business opportunities from a holistic, company-wide perspective.
Look beyond the numbers to inform, influence, support, and execute Elementor’s business decisions
Champion the integration of AI-powered analytics tools, transforming how we generate insights and scale impact across teams.
