KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIESWithin our matrix organization you will be part of the production teams in the plant 15 facility and will be a member of the down process (recovery and purification) team.Within your role you will:Perform recovery and purification processes of fermentation products (proteins as well as organic molecules).Documentation of the manufacturing process.Perform in process analytical assaysWork under different regulatory standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485).Learning, Understanding and implementing into work the “Quality system” and “Regulatory Compliance” as dictated in our company SOPs. Operating Organic and inorganic elaborated skids.Monitor and report online records and results.Perform troubleshootingAdministration of manufacturing costs through SAP systems.AUTHORITYWrite, update, approve and Sign production protocol (MMF’s) and SOPsMAIN INTERFACESINTERNALLY: QC departmentQA departmentLogistics teamMaintenance and engineering departmentProcurementQUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION/LANGUAGESPractical engineer, B.Sc or M.Sc.(advantage) in Life Sciences, Biotechnology or other relevant educational fieldWritten skills in Hebrew and EnglishPROFESSIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCEIndustrial experience in Biochemical/Biotechnological work– advantageAnalytical/preparative skills in chromatography/ HPLC systems– advantageAbility to implement new technologies - advantage.Ability to perform process improvement - advantage.Analytical/preparative skills in chromatography/ HPLC systems– advantageAbility to implement new technologies - advantage.PERSONAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIESGood interpersonal and communicational skillsHigh reliabilityHigh accuracy in workTechnical orientedHigh ability to learn production processes and techniques.Understanding principle operation.Show Multitask capabilities.Ability to perform troubleshootingWork in a computerized environment
