We are looking for a

Sales Support Engineer

to join our professional Service team in Iisalmi (Service Center), Finland. You will be a valued member of our Service Design and Sales Support Engineering team. In your role, you are responsible for providing sales support in Upgrades and Modification (U&M), Remanufacturing, and repair areas for already delivered and used Normet equipment. You will be working in close co-operation with our Normet global Sales Areas and interact with our Service Engineering, Service Manufacturing, Spare Part Sales Support, and other Service and Equipment business lines functions throughout the Normet Group. The work will require regular presence at the Service Center in Iisalmi, Finland for 2-3 days per week and is therefore the preferred work location. We also offer you the possibility to work flexibly from our Kuopio remote working office.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

Defining sales prices for Service Products
Verifying part availability
Verifying delivery times
Creating product material for Normet equipment Upgrades and Modifications
Maintaining standard Service Product offering and information
Be a part of delivery activities as direct delivery handling, creating sales orders and creating order confirmations
Processing purchasing orders
Invoice making and sending

To shine in this position, we hope you have:

Communication skills, customer-oriented mind set and good organizational skills
Have the right attitude to work with a global network of people with different personalities and cultural backgrounds
Ability to adapt, prioritize and focus in quickly changing situations to respond to customers’ needs
Previous experience in sales support, sales or in service area
Technical background and understanding of underground mining/tunnelling/machinery/industrial products/mobile equipment industry
Bachelor’s degree education (tech)
Previous user experience or ability to learn efficiently product data management systems, ERP and MS Office tools. As advantage know how to use Sovelia (PLM).
Good communication skills in English both written and spoken, Finnish is beneficial
