ERP Project Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled ERP Project Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and providing solutions for our Gauzy users in Israel and the global market, focusing on SAP B1 and other company applications such as Salesforce and BI. This role involves implementing change requests, managing end-to-end processes and/or projects. The ERP Project Lead will report directly to the Global IT Director and play a pivotal role in enhancing our business processes through expert ERP solutions.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in an ERP system with at least 4 years of relevant work, SAP B1 experience is highly advantageous.

· Background in a manufacturing environment must.

· Strong proficiency in SQL and familiarity with organizational systems such as BI and Salesforce.

· Comprehensive working knowledge and experience in key business areas, including Finance and Accounting, Production, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, and Warehouse Management.

· Experience with Crystal Reports or other reporting tools.

· Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.

· Additional experience and knowledge in Enterprise systems (MS 365 suite, cybersecurity solutions, data systems) will be considered an advantage.

· A team player with ability to work independently when needed.

· Proficient English must, both written and spoken, Franch language an advantage.

Responsibilities:

· Provide comprehensive support and solutions for SAP B1 and other applications, including Salesforce and BI, for users in Israel and globally.

· Implement change requests and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget.

· Analyse, characterize, and provide ERP (SAP B1) solutions to improve business processes across the organization.

· Develop and design customizations to enhance system functionality and user experience.

· Coordinate with external resources, including vendors and consultants, to achieve project objectives.

· Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.

· Play active role in ERP Migration project to new ERP system plan to 2024.
