S&C Project Manager

As a S&C project manager at Accenture, you will collaborate with clients to develop and implement innovative strategies and solutions that drive growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that leverages deep industry knowledge, data-driven insights, and cutting-edge technology to help clients achieve their strategic goals

Responsibilities

Work with clients to assess business challenges, analyze opportunities, and develop tailored solutions that address their needs.

Conduct industry and market research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities relevant to clients' business objectives.

Design and implement business transformation strategies across multiple functions, such as operations, customer experience, and digital innovation.

Provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.

Lead and contribute to client presentations, workshops, and meetings, ensuring clear communication of insights and solutions.

Collaborate with Accenture's technology, digital, and industry experts to deliver comprehensive solutions that leverage the latest innovations.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field

5-7 years of experience in business consulting, strategy, or a related field from a consulting firm – advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.

A strong interest in and passion for technology, with a keen curiosity for how digital transformation and emerging technologies can drive business innovation and success.

Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts, industries, and technologies, with a strong commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
