Social Media and Email Marketing

We are hiring a Social Media and email Marketing Specialist, to lead the creation, execution, and optimization of our social media platforms and email communications to drive business results.

*Reporting to: Director of Marketing Communications*

*Location: Petach Tikva, Israel*

*Social media responsibilities*
* Manage organic social media accounts and monitor engagement
* Lead and manage the employee social media advocacy program
* Design and implement social media strategy and content plan to align with business goals, ongoing campaigns, and brand identity
* Develop a weekly social media plan and publish engaging content daily (e.g. original text, images, videos and surveys) – both organically and paid
* Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
* Connect with relevant social media groups and influencers to maximize outreach
* Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results
* Analyze data and track metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns
* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices and tools

*Email marketing responsibilities*
* Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
* Support the marketing team with the creation of highly converting campaign-related emails
* Analyze and track email metrics to measure the effectiveness of your emails (Open rate, CTR), provide actionable insights
* Run A/B testing to improve campaign performance

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field
* Proven experience in social media management and email marketing
* Familiarity with email marketing platforms and automation tools
* Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content.
* Detailed-oriented with a strong eye for graphics
* Strong project management skills; be able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and deliver fast
* Self-driven and independent. Collaborative and open-minded
* Strong analytical skills
