Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven track record of at least 10 years in marketing roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
Experience in the automotive industry or related fields is highly desirable, with a deep understanding of AI and autonomous driving technologies.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies.
Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and marketing automation.
Proven success in driving lead generation and customer acquisition through integrated marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive marketing decisions.
Experience in managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies across multiple channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, events, and public relations.
Brand positioning and messaging: Define and refine Autobrains' brand positioning, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message across all marketing initiatives. Establish Autobrains as a thought leader in the AI automotive industry, driving awareness and credibility.
Lead generation and customer acquisition: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to drive customer acquisition. Identify target audiences, build customer segments, and leverage marketing automation tools to nurture leads throughout the sales funnel. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion.
Digital marketing and online presence: Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including website development, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns. Optimize digital channels for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion. Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Content marketing and thought leadership: Drive the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, and videos. Establish Autobrains as a thought leader by developing and executing a thought leadership program, including speaking engagements, industry events, and partnerships.
Market research and competitive analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, market gaps, and customer needs. Use data-driven insights to guide marketing strategies and make informed business decisions.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
B2B marketing and partnership development: Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to target automotive manufacturers, suppliers, and strategic partners. Identify key decision-makers, build relationships, and create compelling value propositions to drive partnerships and collaborations. Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials, presentations, and proposals for B2B engagements.
