We are seeking a talented Performance Analysis and Optimization Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge embedded products.

What your job will look like:

Conduct performance analysis and optimization of embedded real-time systems for autonomous driving applications.
Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop performance-critical features.
Develop and utilize profiling tools and techniques to monitor and improve system performance.
Develop and maintain performance benchmarks and test suites.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on performance-related issues.

All you need is:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in performance analysis and optimization of embedded systems.
Strong understanding of Linux operating system and embedded software development.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and Python.
Experience with profiling tools and techniques (e.g., gprof, Valgrind, etc.).
Ability to understand complex existing code.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
8+ years of experience in embedded systems programming.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with hardware-software co-design and optimization.
Knowledge of low-level system architecture and hardware interfaces.
Familiarity with automated testing techniques for performance monitoring.
