DevOps Engineer

Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about automation, cloud technologies, and building scalable, resilient infrastructure that supports modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)

Manage and optimize cloud and hybrid environments across AWS, GCP, and/or Azure

Develop and maintain automation scripts and tooling (Python, Bash, PowerShell)

Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (OpenShift experience is a plus)

Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)

Support on-premises to cloud migration initiatives

Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure reliable and secure deployments

Monitor system performance and proactively improve reliability, scalability, and security

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a DevOps or related engineering role

Strong hands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems

Solid experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows

Practical experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code tools

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Experience with OpenShift and Helm

Experience working in hybrid cloud environments

Familiarity with security best practices and DevSecOps principles
