Main Goal

An exciting opportunity to join a leading international company as an In-House Lawyer, partnering closely with the business in a dynamic, fast-paced and global environment.

We are looking for an experienced lawyer to join our Legal Department for approximately 12 months to cover maternity leave .

This role is offering significant exposure to the company’s commercial activities, international operations and strategic projects. You will work closely with business leaders and global stakeholders, providing practical, commercially focused legal advice and supporting the business across a wide range of matters.

Job description

Provide day-to-day legal advice and support across the company’s business activities.

Provide legal support for commercial transactions, including sales and procurement.

Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including distribution, collaboration and licensing agreements.

Provide legal support in English and Hebrew to internal stakeholders and subsidiaries abroad.

Support business projects and initiatives.

Handle legal matters relating to regulatory requirements, intellectual property and legal proceedings.

Work closely with internal teams across the organization and with external legal counsels.

What we expect of you

Qualified attorney with at least 4 years of experience in an in-house legal department or a leading law firm.

Experience working with international business activities - a significant advantage.

experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements in English- mandatory.

Excellent English, written and spoken- mandatory.

Knowledge in data privacy- an advantage.

Strong commercial and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Full-time availability for a temporary position of approximately 12 months.
