Business Operations Manager - Cross Functional

Fiverr is looking for a Business Operations Manager to join one of our business units.

As a Business Operations Manager, you'll promote several, strategic product initiatives and work with multidisciplinary, cross-company teams, in order to execute plans and achieve ambitious business targets.

Requirements:

3-5 Years of experience in business operations in a tech, product-led company, or a consulting firm.
Strong analytical skills, highly capable of interpreting data, performing qualitative research, and translating results into actionable key takeaways
Results-oriented with strong business acumen to drive the revenue and KPIs targets
Familiarity with project management tools and software
BA / BSc in Industrial engineering/management/economics or similar. MBA preferred

What am I going to do?:

Support and lead business development efforts including data analysis, competitive landscape, and business impact evaluation
Sync and align multi-disciplinary teams in order to promote the strategic planning and targets of the BU
Structure operational processes and solutions to support BU’s major projects
Monitor and promote BU's major projects, while eliminating bottlenecks
Track BU's targets, KPIs, timelines, and financial performance
Work closely with product teams to translate business needs into features
Be the focal point for the BU and work with cross-company teams
