Back End Tech Lead

A software company that develops platforms to help brands and agencies advertise better, using AI-driven Personalization technology, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tech Lead to join her dynamic development team.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using C# on a Linux environment.
Implement and oversee database solutions using MySQL, Clickhouse, Athena, Aerospike, and ElasticSearch.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while following industry best practices.
Engage in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to colleagues.
Keep open of new technologies and industry trends to maintain an up-to-date and effective technology stack.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Over 5 years of experience as a senior Backend Developer, including at least 2 years in a Tech Lead role.
Proficient in C# and .NET Core, with experience deploying applications on Linux.
Strong understanding of database design and management, particularly with MySQL.
Familiarity with analytics databases (Clickhouse/Druid) and data lake architectures (Athena/BigQuery), along with experience in data engineering tools (like Spark or similar).
Experience with AWS cloud services (eg, EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda).
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
Proficient in version control systems, preferably Git.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities: capable of analyzing complex issues and developing efficient solutions for large-scale data processing challenges.
