Job Title: Project Manager position for an information security consulting company

Location: Rehovot, Israel (Hybrid: 3 days onsite at HQ, 2 days remote, occasional client visits)

Position Overview

We know that the key to success is in a high-performing operations team. That’s why we’re seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee projects for our cybersecurity services.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to align projects with business goals, achieve milestones, and allocate resources. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and able to communicate with a variety of key stakeholders.

Required skills:

Managing information security projects1-2 years of experience in project coordination/management.

Project tracking – timelines, deadlines, and hours

Excellent customer service.Strong oral and written communication skills in professional English.

Conducting meetings with customers and team members

Ability to create presentations in both PowerPoint and Gantt charts on Monday.com and in MS-Project

Responsibilities

1. Direct and oversee the completion of various cybersecurity projects.

2. Project tracking (number of hours, timelines, and deadlines); allocation of resources.

3. Develop a plan of action including schedule, resources, and work plan.

4. Assess risks and establish contingency plans.

5. Manage ongoing customer relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

6. Lead kickoff meetings.

7. Lead project status/scrum meetings. Interested?
