Lead Frontend Software Engineer

About This Role:

We’re looking for a full-time Frontend Software Engineer to join our engineering team reporting to the Principal Engineer. This role is a hybrid role based out of Israel, location.

In this role, you’ll play a key role in driving the development of Gainsight’s AI-based customer-facing application by building intuitive, high-performance front-end experiences that deliver real value to users. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative engineering environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams like Backend Engineering, Data Science, and Product Design. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in frontend development, clean coding practices, and UI/UX implementation.

What You'll Do:

Architect and evolve our frontend, from the main application to our reusable design system components.

Develop, test, and deploy high-quality features end-to-end.

Collaborate with backend engineers to define and integrate APIs for optimal performance.

Uphold high standards for code quality by applying SOLID principles and writing comprehensive unit tests.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of hands-on experience with a modern UI framework like React, Vue, or Angular.

A deep understanding of web performance and how to create lightning-fast user experiences.

Proven ability to work independently while also being a proactive team player who elevates the people around you.

A good eye for design and a user-centric mindset.

Strong experience with unit testing frameworks.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

What Would Make You Stand Out:

Familiarity with monorepos and tools like Nx.

Experience using Vite as a build tool.
