abra is Hiring – Dynamics CRM Team Lead for a Strategic Defense Project

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Dynamics CRM Team Lead to join a mission-critical project in the defense sector. This role involves leading a development team, designing and implementing advanced CRM solutions, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional leadership for the Dynamics CRM development team.
Plan and implement technological solutions based on business requirements.
Develop customizations, UI components, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
Promote development standards, code quality, and version control practices.
Collaborate with system analysts, project managers, and QA teams.
Maintain and continuously improve the system, including troubleshooting and quick issue resolution.
Implement solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) as needed.
Lead code reviews, architecture planning, and provide technical guidance to the team.
REQUIREMENTS

✅ Mandatory Requirements:

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead.
Proficiency in developing Plugins and Custom Workflows using C#.
Experience with JavaScript, Web Resources, and HTML.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs and external system integrations.
Experience with Power Platform – Power Automate / Power Apps.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other source control tools.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong leadership, self-learning ability, and system-level thinking.
