CFO for a Global Manufacturing Plant

A leading global company with extensive and complex operations is seeking a CFO to manage the financial framework of the company and its 10 subsidiaries worldwide. The role includes full responsibility for financial management, improving and optimizing financial and technological processes, and supporting global growth and expansion initiatives. At least 10 years of senior financial management experience in a global manufacturing organization – a must! Proven experience in managing international subsidiaries and Transfer Pricing processes. Deep understanding of complex cash flow management, supplier and customer credit in multinational companies. Experience in inventory and logistics management, including cost optimization and supply chain process improvement. Full proficiency in IFRS/US GAAP standards and preparation of consolidated financial statements. Ability to manage global financial teams across different countries while understanding cultural and regulatory differences. Strong technological understanding and ability to lead ERP and financial automation projects. High-level English proficiency – mandatory (spoken, written, and reading).
