Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Owner to join us and take part in defining, designing, and leading innovative product and service offerings that will shape CyberArk’s future in the Discovery & Context domain.

As a product owner you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development teams ,product managers and architects, to translate strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps, while ensuring the alignment of business needs with cutting-edge technology.

You’ll shape the product vision, translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements, and guide development teams through execution - all while maintaining a sharp focus on quality, scalability, and precision.

Responsibilities:

Define & Prioritize Product Backlog – Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and maintain a well-prioritized backlog.
Sprint Planning & Execution – Participate in Agile ceremonies (dailies, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure smooth development cycles.
Bridge Business and Technology – Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure development teams understand the technical goals.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams – Partner with Company teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
API & System Design Oversight – Provide guidance on API design, data models, and solution architecture decisions.
Support Technical Debt Management – Work with engineering teams to refactor and improve existing systems while balancing new feature development.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product ownership or technical product management, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment , security platforms, or Analytics systems.
Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of comprehensively grasping both the functional and technical dimensions of intricate systems.
Strong technical background, with a solid understanding of software development and architecture. Ex Developer\QA engineer is an advantage.
Experience working in Agile environments, with strong backlog and roadmap management skills.
Ability to collaborate with highly technical teams and translate architectural discussions into actionable plans.
Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
A self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive alignment across different units.
