Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join our dynamic business applications team. The role requires great project management skills, system analysis experience and deep understanding of Salesforce. In this role, you will work closely with various departments to analyze business requirements, design, plan and build solutions that will support our business goals, as well as our overall data integrity and flows.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end projects, including definition, design, implementation, development, training, and communication.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Consolidate & review requests from different departments to investigate the need, prioritize accordingly, and propose solutions that support the overall structure of the system.
Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline business processes.
Continuously improve existing configurations and system processes.
Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to execute complex projects.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce – a must.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to grasp customer needs.
Capability to communicate technical requirements to business stakeholders and demonstrate planned projects and workflows for alignment on deliverables.
Strong team player with a positive "can-do" attitude.
Proficient analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
