Legal Intern

We are currently looking for a Legal Intern who likes the sound of all that!

Requirements:

LLB, with a strong academic record.
Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate legal concepts clearly and concisely.
Detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in legal work.
Fast learner with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently when necessary.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent English level with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Collaborate with the legal team to assess and mitigate legal risks associated with various business activities and initiatives.
Conduct legal research on a wide range of topics relevant to the online gaming industry, including but not limited to gaming regulations, intellectual property rights, data protection laws, and consumer protection laws.
Manage and maintain legal databases, document repositories, and filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and organization of legal documents.
Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed, providing legal analysis and support as required.
