What You’ll Do
HR Operations Management: Oversee administrative HR processes, including benefits coordination, payroll adjustments, leave tracking, and commission/bonus plan administration, while maintaining database accuracy and confidentiality.
Global HR Process Implementation: Develop and enforce global HR policies and procedures, manage onboarding/offboarding, ensure compliance, and act as a process-related point of contact.
HR Systems and Data Management: Optimize HRIS usage, generate HR metrics and analytics reports, and identify opportunities for system and process improvement.
HR Project Management: Lead cross-functional HR projects such as standardizing onboarding/offboarding, implementing retention programs, and creating a knowledge center for payroll and HR queries.
Training and Analytics: Deliver training on HR processes, support employee engagement initiatives, and provide actionable insights through detailed analysis of HR data and workforce metrics.
3–5 years of experience in HR operations or project management, preferably in a global setting, with proven experience in implementing HR processes and projects.
Fluent English proficiency- a must.
Proficient in HR systems (e.g., HRIS) and Excel; experience in system implementation, handling HR data analysis and reporting.
Exceptional organizational abilities, strong interpersonal communication, and capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy, combined with a high level of English proficiency.
