Training administrator

We are looking for an excellent Training administrator to join our team.Job Description:· Support all training activities within the organization (scheduling, follow ups, etc.)Operate Electronic System processes and documentationsCreating training plans in the systemScheduling training session in a complexed multilayered environmentliaise with the stakeholders (Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts) from all areas of the companyImplementation and maintenance of training and curriculum for all policies and procedures on our QMSReviewing employee trainings records to ensure that employees have completed all required training prior to performing their jobsEnsuring that training materials are available to all employees using the systemMonitoring and reporting on all training activitiesReporting to : QA ManagerRequirements:Job Requirements:· Education: a bachelor’s degree or proven experience· Job skills:o Data management abilityo Good writing skills in Englisho High service and communication skillso Good time management· Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products – Must· Language skills: Fluent English· Personality:o Highly organized and detail orientedo Excellent interpersonal relations, a people person
