Training administrator

Eitan Medical is a fast-growing global medical device company, developing and manufacturing innovative drug delivery and infusion solutions across the continuum of care- from the hospital to the home. We are looking for an excellent Training administrator to join our team.

Job Description:

· Support all training activities within the organization (scheduling, follow ups, etc.)

Operate Electronic System processes and documentations
Creating training plans in the system
Scheduling training session in a complexed multilayered environment
liaise with the stakeholders (Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts) from all areas of the company
Implementation and maintenance of training and curriculum for all policies and procedures on our QMS
Reviewing employee trainings records to ensure that employees have completed all required training prior to performing their jobs
Ensuring that training materials are available to all employees using the system
Monitoring and reporting on all training activities

Reporting to : QA Manager

Requirements:

Job Requirements:

· Education: a bachelor’s degree or proven experience

· Job skills:

o Data management ability

o Good writing skills in English

o High service and communication skills

o Good time management

· Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products – Must

· Language skills: Fluent English

· Personality:

o Highly organized and detail oriented

o Excellent interpersonal relations, a people person
