We are looking for an experienced Partner Program Manager to join Lusha’s Partnerships team temporarily for 6 months. In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day operations of our Partner Program—from onboarding and enablement to marketing collaboration and partner reviews—while working cross-functionally to optimize processes and drive program growth.
What will you be responsible for?
Drive execution of the Lusha Partner Program, ensuring partners are successfully onboarded, enabled, and supported.
Manage partner incentives, marketing activities, and enablement plans.
Support the launch and ongoing management of the Partner Marketplace.
Maintain and update the partner resources center (playbooks, training, documentation).
Ensure consistent communication with partners about program updates, incentives, and new offerings.
Monitor partner performance and review pre-defined KPIs regularly.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to align strategies, streamline processes, and maximize the impact of partnership initiatives across the organization.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Project Management (preferably in SaaS/hi-tech).
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, sales processes, and partner enablement.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot or similar).
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
