Lili is seeking a Marketing Designer to join our team

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about crafting designs that are both beautiful and functional, with a keen ability to capture the essence of our product's value propositions and align them with our brand values. They excel in creating designs that accurately convey value in a visually appealing manner, making a real impact on our marketing efforts and helping us achieve our business goals

In this role you will:

Lead the design of Lili’s marketing assets across various channels (websites, emails, ads, etc..)
Define and evolve the Lili brand and implement across the different assets.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product teams, and partnerships to ensure a unified brand experience.
Continually innovate and stay informed on trends to ensure our marketing activities always stand out.

Requirements:

3+ years experience in marketing design and brand
Proven experience as a marketing designer or a similar role, and a portfolio showcasing your creative work
Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite software.
Experience with creating and handling slides templates.
Skills in illustration and motion design are a plus.
Understanding of marketing principles and ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visuals.
Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
