Job Overview:

As a Research Scientist, you will join a distributed team pushing the boundaries of what is possible at the intersection of AI, computer architecture, and compute. We seek curious, collaborative researchers who are passionate about turning research ideas into top-tier publications and real-world impact. We are looking for Research Scientists interested in foundational advances in machine learning, quantization, efficient inference, and model optimization. Research areas can include, but are not limited to:

Quantization: Research of novel quantization algorithms, including theoretical analysis and optimization methods.

Efficient Inference: Research on techniques for efficient model inference, including pruning, low-rank methods, and hardware-aware optimization.

Responsibilities:
This role involves conducting research across a wide range of AI topics, collaborating with researchers to advance the state of the art, publishing at top conferences, and translating research into real-world impact.
Required Skills and Experience :
A Ph.D. (or equivalent experience) in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related STEM field with a focus on artificial intelligence.
A proven track record of academic publications in credible conferences or journals, such as ICML, ICLR, NeurIPS, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, IROS, ICASSP.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

Experience working with edge devices.
