Project Coordinator

Lev Haolam is seeking a proactive and highly organized Project coordinator who will help us in planning, execute and successfully deliver projects that align with our company goals.

Lev Haolam is an Israeli company that supports small and medium businesses in disputed territories of Israel through a subscription service for unique products from Israel and an online store. Our international team of specialists works tirelessly to create opportunities for the development of Israel. We have a young and ambitious team spread across 10 countries. English and Russian are our primary languages of communication.

In this role, you will:

- Plan and execute projects within scope and estimated timelines.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with other departments and business stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans, including timelines and resources.
- Coordinate project team activities, assigning tasks and ensuring timely project completion.
- Track project performance and analyze variances, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and management, providing regular updates.
- Identify and manage project risks, proactively addressing issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Foster positive working relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.

What we expect from candidates:

- A minimum 2 year of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (С1 level and higher) and strong Hebrew knowledge (B2 and higher).
- Experience with the task management tools (ClickUp, Jira, etc.).
- Excellent organizational, communicational and leadership skills.
- Multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Critical thinking and proactivity.
- Self development & constant learning attitude.
