• ניהול סיכונים (PFMEA)

• ניהול חריגות ואי התאמות

• תחקור תלונות של לקוחות פנימיים, חיצוניים וספקים

• קידום פרויקטי איכות מפעליים

• ניטור ומדידה של כשלים בתהליך – SPC

• ביצוע וליווי מבדקים פנימיים וחיצוניים ומבדקים לספקים

• ניהול מדדי איכות KPI של המחלקה

• ניהול איכות ספקים: כולל הערכת ספק, הסמכת ספקים, ניהול קבלני משנה.

• ניהול תחום ביקורת קבלה וחומרי גלם

• ניהול תחום ניטור מדידה ניתוח והערכה של מכשירי מדידה

Responsibilities (English):

Direct management of a small team in the assembly department of the plastics factory and the quality assurance field within the department

Full responsibility for product quality in accordance with production specifications, work instructions, procedures, and plant standards

Defining required quality tests for carbonation devices

Defining work processes and procedures (including writing and updating procedures)

Continuous improvement of processes

Waste reduction according to Lean methodology

Risk management (PFMEA)

Management of deviations and non-conformities

Investigation of complaints from internal and external customers, as well as suppliers

Promotion of plant-wide quality projects

Monitoring and measuring process failures – SPC

Performing and supporting internal and external audits, including supplier audits

Managing departmental quality KPIs

Supplier quality management: including supplier evaluation, supplier qualification, and subcontractor management

Managing incoming inspection and raw materials quality

Managing measurement monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of measuring instruments

Qualifications (English):

Experience in quality in the industrial sector – A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Plastic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Materials Engineering / Industrial Engineering and Management – Strong advantage.
Ability to read technical drawings – Strong advantage.
Managerial experience – Strong advantage.
High-level proficiency and articulation in Hebrew and English.
Ability to work with multiple interfaces and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Assertiveness, teamwork, employee motivation, leadership skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Familiarity and experience working with Lean Manufacturing methodology.
