Head of Agentic AI 2+ years of people leadership experience. Proven experience building and shipping customer-facing products from scratch. Experience leading 0 to 1 initiatives in startup or innovation environments. Strong full-stack understanding (system design, backend, APIs, data, DevOps, UI). Experience with complex workflows/automation/orchestration tools. Working with ambiguity and incomplete requirements. Strong analytical skills.
