We are seeking a motivated Jira Operations Specialist to optimize and maintain the agile processes within Jira that drive our product development. You will be responsible for configuring and managing Jira to support agile workflows across the product team, ensuring streamlined processes and team alignment. Additionally, you will help administer other key tools within the product org, including Mixpanel, Miro, Figma, Mkdocs, and Git, to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead and optimize agile processes in Jira, configuring projects, workflows, and permissions to enhance team efficiency and support agile best practices.
Act as the Jira expert and primary point of contact for process improvements, tool configuration, and troubleshooting within the product org.
Manage and support Mixpanel, Miro, Figma, Mkdocs, and Git usage within the product organization, ensuring integration and consistency across tools.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to support seamless workflows and improve the product development lifecycle.
Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for agile processes in Jira, as well as for other tools used across the product organization.
Conduct competitive analysis and implement best practices to continuously improve efficiency and productivity within product operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience as a Jira Admin\ Expert, Project Management, or similar roles, with a primary focus on Jira administration in agile environments.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and hands-on experience optimizing agile workflows within Jira.
Familiarity with other key product tools, including Mixpanel, Miro, Figma, Mkdocs, and Git.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to enhancing product operations.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to support and train cross-functional teams in effective tool usage and agile best practices.
