Talent Acquisition Specialist

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in a tech placement agency / recruiting firm – must!
Proven sourcing skills and strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools - must!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you know how to connect with people!
Team player with a proactive attitude and strong organizational abilities.
Experience in startup recruitment - advantage.
Fluent in English and Hebrew.

What You'll Do:

Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles for the Israeli HQ.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define hiring strategies.
Source, approach, and engage top talent through LinkedIn, databases, networking, social media, and creative channels including AI tools
Conduct initial screening interviews and manage candidate pipelines using our ATS (Recruit).
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.
Track and report key recruitment metrics and market trends.
